Q1: What is the MOQ?
A: Standard products MOQ can be 1pcs, customized products can be negotiated.
Q2: How do you regulate the quality of products?
A: We have a professional QC team that checks 5%-10% of samples. It strictly monitors and inspects each line from production to packaging. The products need to be reworked in the workshop if the inspection fails
Q3: Can I get sample for checking quality before order? Should I need to pay?
A: Yes, we can offer free sample for the new idea from old customers. For new customers, sample fee is required, but after mass production order sample fee can be refunded.
Q4: How about the payment method?
A: T/T, LC, Western Union, PayPal, MoneyGram all are available for us.
